Race Day Instructions

Please note that detailed race day instructions as updated as of May 20, 2024 and any changes will be emailed to all participants the week of the event. 

  • Check in for your race to pick up your bib and event package at the Southampton Coliseum. Please arrive early to ensure a smooth check-in process and to allow time for any warm-ups or preparations.

    Check-In Times

    Friday: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm and Saturday: 6:30 am – 7:45 am

    Registration

    Online registration closes at midnight on Thursday, May 30.

    In-person registration will only be available during check-in on Friday night. Exact cash or cheque will be needed.

    Bibs

    Bibs must be worn on the front with the numbers visible. The bibs have a chip that records your your time when you cross over the start and finish lines. Chip time is the official time. 

  • Participants should check in at the Southampton Coliseum prior to heading to the starting line.

    Note: Starting times have been adjusted in 2024 to prevent congestion along the course.

    7:00 am › Half Marathon Walk

    7:30 am › Half Marathon Run

    7:31 am  10K Walk

    8:00 am › 3K, 5K,10K Runs

    8:15 am 5K Walk

    8:30 am › 800 m Kids’ Fun Run (under 8 years old) 

    11:00 am > Course closes

  • After completing your race, join us back at the Southampton Coliseum for post-race celebrations, the Kids Fun Zone and purchase some snacks from Three Sheets Brewing, West Coast Catering, and Refresh Smoothies who will be onsite. 

    Prizes and formal recognition will be given to top fundraisers and the top three participants in each age category for all the runs.

    The Kid Zone is a great free space for the kids to do activities, play games, make buttons and more at the Southampton Coliseum.

  • At The Southampton Coliseum

    Parking, washrooms, change rooms, bag drop, and water refill stations.

    Bag drop will be open on Friday night and Saturday morning – drop whatever you need for post-race to make yourself comfortable to enjoy the awards ceremony & snacks!

    At the Start/Finish line

    Parking along side streets, portable toilets and a public washroom (closer to the beach) and a water refill station.

    Along the Course

    Washrooms and portable toilets, water and aid stations.
