Race Day Instructions

Please note that detailed race day instructions as updated as of Jan 10, 2024 and any changes will be emailed to all participants the week of the event.

Register for your event and pick up your bib at the Southampton Coliseum before heading to the starting line prior to event time (see event times below).

After your event, we invite you to return to the Southampton Coliseum for the Health and Wellness Fair, awards and prizes, and a light lunch provided by The Walker House.

Enjoy the rest of your day within the community

  • Check in for your race and pick up your bib and event package at the Southampton Coliseum (26 Albert Street South, Southampton, Ont.).

    Registration Open

    Friday: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

    Saturday: 6:30 am – 8:30 am

    Registration Closed

    Saturday: 7:30 am › Half Marathon (run and walk) and 10K walk

    Saturday: 8:30 am › 3K, 5K run and walk, and 10K run

  • All events start at the Walker House (146 High St, Southampton, Ontario) and participants must check in at Coliseum prior. 

    7:00 am › Half Marathon Walkers (adult and youth)

    8:00 am › Half Marathon Runners (adult and youth)

    8:01 am   10K Walkers (adult)

    8:30 am › Kids Fun Run (under 8 years old) 

    9:00 am › 10k, 5K, 3K Runners  (adult and youth)

    We ask that faster runners should start at the front, slower runners and walkers at the back of the starting line.

    9:01 am › 5K Walkers (adult and youth)

    11:00 am > Course closes

Key Information

We have tried to list some of the frequently asked questions however if you are missing something, don’t hesitate to contact us

  • There is parking at the Southampton Coliseum, and plenty of space on side streets.

  • Washrooms, change rooms, and bag check is available in the Southampton Coliseum on Saturday morning.

    Near the starting line there are portable toilets and a public washroom (closer to the beach). 

    Along the course there are washrooms and portable toilets at intervals throughout the race course and signage to point them out.
