What is the format?
5k or 10k run, 10k in-line skate, 3k or 5k walk. There is a free lunch following for all participants.

Where and When is it?
Saturday June 6, 2009. Registration is 8:00 am - 9:30 am at the Walker House on High Street in Southampton. The race starts at 10:00 am.

How do I get involved?
Pick up fundraising forms at Southampton Hospital, RONA Southampton, Port Elgin Chamber of Commerce, The Fitness Corner, Lakeshore Recreation and from local Rotary club members.

Is there a cost to participate?
Entrance fees are $30 for runners which includes a free t-shirt, and $5 for walkers and bladers who will get a free t-shirt by raising a further $25 in donations.

Team Challenges

Anybody can enter a team and take part in the team challenge to raise the most funds. In previous years local banks and medical practitioners have challenged one another to raise the most funds.
